Auf der Betriebsfl\u00e4che der ehemaligen „Wilhelm-Reichert-OHG“, die nach dem Umzug aus der Innenstadt zwischen 1960 und 2020 hier ans\u00e4ssig war, entsteht an der oberen Wiesbadener Stra\u00dfe eine klimaneutrale Wohn- und Gewerbeanlage mit Mietobjekten in verschiedenen Kategorien und unterschiedlichen Zuschnitts.
